At Advanced Tooling & Machine, we are a veteran-owned and operated CNC metalwork company dedicated to providing our clients with precise, accurate, and competitive services. Our team of experienced professionals has a passion for metalworking and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' design specifications and performance standards.

Our Story

Our journey began with our owner and president, A. Robert Cirello, a Lieutenant aboard the USS Enterprise during the Gulf War. With a background in chemical engineering and computer science, Rob has designed and built nuclear propulsion systems for General Dynamics Electric Boat and Bechtel at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. After receiving a Type 7, Manufacturing, Federal Firearms License, Rob began manufacturing rifles and eventually turned his passion for metalworking into a full-time business. In June 2018, Rob purchased the assets of Advanced Tooling in Mineral Wells, Texas, and started Advanced Tooling & Machine.

Our Services

Our CNC milling and CNC turning machines are capable of producing high-precision parts with tight tolerances, and our skilled programmers and machinists work closely with clients to ensure that their designs are brought to life.

We also offer a variety of additional services, including heat treatment and anodizing, mold part polishing, mig welding, and more. Our team is experienced in working with a range of materials, including aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium, titanium, and plastics.
