Our Story

After his military service, our founder Ran Shriki moved to Washington to be closer to his father. Ran held a part-time job at Biomed Research Company while attending Bellevue Community College and later the University of Washington State Business School. During summer break, Ran worked with a local painting company. Although he was not new to painting, he began his painting career as a teenager when his uncle provided him with a job during holidays and summer breaks.

Our first project in Portland was a 74-unit apartment building, and 30 years later, the same owner of that building has hired us twice to repaint the property. To this date, we continue to work with the developer who first hired us in 1992. Oren Painting has gained the recognition and trust of homeowners and builders by providing the highest results at a fair price. No job is too small, and we do jobs as large as 320-unit waterfront town-homes.
