Thoughtful Paws Pet Care was born out of a deep-seated love for animals and a desire to provide peace of mind for pet owners while they're away. Founded in 2012 by animal lover Jess, we've been caring for cats and small animals in the Somerville, Cambridge, Arlington, and surrounding areas.
Our team of compassionate and experienced pet sitters are passionate about providing exceptional care and ensuring your furry friends are happy and comfortable in their own homes while you're away. We understand that leaving your beloved companions can be stressful, and we're committed to providing the highest quality care.
What We Offer
Thoughtful Paws offers comprehensive cat sitting and small animal pet sitting services, specializing in:
- Medically-trained sitters: We have extensive experience administering medications including pills, insulin injections, SubQ fluids, and liquid medication.
- Individualized care: We tailor our services to your pet's specific needs and personality.
- Communication and transparency: We provide daily updates via email or text and include photos whenever possible.
- Areas we serve: Somerville, Cambridge, West Medford, Arlington, Burlington, parts of Belmont, and Dorchester.
Our Services and Fees
- Cat Sitting: $28 per day for one visit, $56 per day for two visits.
- Additional Animals: $3 charge for each animal over 3.
- Medication Administration: $5 charge per medication.
- Initial Client Meet & Greet: $10.
- House Plant Watering: $8 per visit.
- Small Pets: $28 per day for one visit, $56 per day for two visits.
