*Asbestos Inspection:* Our certified building inspectors conduct thorough asbestos inspections to identify suspect asbestos-containing materials and collect bulk samples in accordance with state and federal regulations. We pride ourselves on providing professional, accurate, and reliable reports.

*Air Monitoring:* During and after asbestos abatement projects, we provide comprehensive air monitoring services. Our experts collect air samples in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and Colorado Department of Health regulations and provide real-time data to advise you of any necessary adjustments during your project. We also perform final visual inspections and final air clearances for our asbestos projects.

*Project Design:* For asbestos removal projects greater than 1,000 linear feet and 3,000 square feet, project designs are required and must be written by a certified project designer. Our experts are certified and experienced in writing project designs that meet all state and federal requirements.

*Scott Sanders:* Scott Sanders, the founder of Sunrise Environmental Inc, graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Public Health. Scott is a Colorado Certified Asbestos Building Inspector, Air Monitoring Specialist, and Project Designer with over 25 years of experience in the environmental field, specifically dealing with asbestos.

*Mary-Jean Sanders (MJ):* MJ is the office manager at Sunrise Environmental Inc, handling daily office operations which include accounting and contracting. MJ holds a Colorado Certified Asbestos Building Inspector License and has experience assisting with large asbestos inspections and sampling in homes.
