NEMT Transportation Services
MedRide specializes in NEMT transportation, providing reliable and safe transportation to and from covered non-emergency medical appointments or services. Our NEMT services are available to Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program) members who have no other means of transportation. To be eligible for NEMT Services, clients must meet specific criteria, including being a current Colorado Medicaid client, requiring transportation to obtain a non-emergency Colorado Medicaid covered service, and not being part of certain ineligibility groups.
Our Urgent Care Transportation is an option for clients who need transportation outside of normal physician office hours to a care facility but are not in an emergency event. This facility may include a Trauma Center if it is the nearest and most appropriate option.

Scheduling a Ride
To schedule your service with MedRide, please contact us at (719) 545-3333 at least 24-48 hours in advance. Be prepared to provide your Health First Colorado ID (Medicaid ID) number, name, and date of birth, the pickup address, the doctor's name and address, the date and time of your medical appointment, and a telephone number for confirmation of your appointment. While we do our best to accommodate same-day call-ins, we cannot guarantee we will be able to transport.
