Leadership Team

At Ironwood Golf Club, we are proud of our leadership team, who bring their expertise and passion for golf to our club every day. Our Director of Golf, Scott Heger, is a Class A PGA Professional with a wealth of experience in the golf industry. Scott was the Wood Wind Golf Club Director of Golf from 2007 to 2015 and was named the 2013 PGA Merchandiser of the Year by the Indiana Golf Association.

Our Head Golf Professional, Jason Armstrong, is also a Class A PGA Professional with a strong background in club repair, club fitting, and lessons. Jason was the Wood Wind Golf Club Head Golf Professional from 2012 to 2015 and has an MBA from Baker College.

Brian Readout, our Golf Course Superintendent, is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management. Brian has worked at various private clubs throughout the central Ohio area and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Golf Course Superintendent. He is dedicated to bringing prestigious playing conditions to Ironwood Golf Club.

Jan Kleiman, our LPGA Teaching Professional, is a top 50 instructor in the world and a US Kids instructor. Jan has over 25 years of experience teaching golf and has played competitive golf, including on the LPGA Tour and in seven U.S. Women's Opens. She is dedicated to helping golfers of all abilities improve their game.
