Our founder, Jack J. Sparacio MSPT, CPEE, COMT, CFMT, is a certified functional manual therapist and one of only 300 physical therapists in the United States to obtain this elite designation. He is also one of 700 physical therapists in the country to achieve the certified orthopedic manual therapist designation, specializing in The Maitland Approach to orthopedic manual therapy. Jack has over 22 years of clinical practice and is an expert in orthopedic and sports physical therapy.

Sparacio MSPT, CPEE, COMT, CFMT, founder of Sparacio Physical Therapy P.C., is one of the most experienced and skilled physical therapists in the country. He is comprehensively trained in the McKenzie Method, Functional Spinal Stabilization Training, and Ergonomics. He has completed extensive training in the Osteopathic Methodology through Integrative Manual Therapy Solutions LLC.
