Meet the Team: Charles Wynn
Charles Wynn is a seasoned attorney with a wealth of experience in the legal field. With a career spanning over four decades, he has honed his skills in various areas of the law, including estate planning, real estate, and civil litigation. He is a proud alumnus of Chipola Jr. College, the University of Florida, and Nova Southeastern University School of Law, where he was a charter class member and a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
Attorney Wynn is licensed to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, all state courts within the state of Florida, the Federal District Court for the Northern and Middle District of Florida, and the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal. He primarily handles cases in the Panama City, Tallahassee, and Pensacola Divisions of the Federal Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Florida.
Throughout his career, Charles Wynn has authored two books, co-founded Dayspring Christian Academy, and served as the Chairman of the Board for 11 years. He has also been an active member of the Board of Directors for the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association. His noteworthy accomplishments include being the Past President of the Panhandle Bar Association, Former Secretary for Marianna Rotary Club, and one of the first Panel Trustees under the U. S. Trustee system in the Northern District of Florida.
Attorney Wynn's areas of practice include bankruptcy and business reorganization under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13, estate planning, probate, trusts and durable powers of attorney, preparation of living wills, simplified dissolution of marriage, corporation, partnership, and limited liability formation, real estate closing; and licensed agent with First American Title Insurance Co. He also serves as a part-time assistant public defender in Jackson County, Florida, handling criminal traffic and misdemeanor cases since 1977.

Meet the Team: Michael Wynn
Michael Wynn is the managing partner of the Wynn Law Firm, with numerous practice areas, including consumer rights and remedies in bankruptcy, criminal defense, and litigation. He most frequently practices as litigation counsel on the cases that the office handles, with a particular focus on Consumer Rights and Remedies in Bankruptcy and the various litigious scenarios that arise out of Ch. 11, 13, 12, and 7 cases.
Michael Wynn has represented clients charged with all types of offenses from simple misdemeanors to life felonies. He has a significant portion of his work focused on serving clients who are veterans or who struggle with mental health issues in conjunction with the criminal court system.
Michael Wynn is an active member of the Community, currently serving as the president of the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, an active member of the St. Andrews Bay Inn of Court, and a member of the FSU PC Development Board. He is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned both his bachelor's and juris doctor degrees.
When he is not acting in his capacity as a lawyer, Michael enjoys life on the Gulf Coast of Florida, from pre-sunrise fishing trips to post-sunset surfing sessions, finding time for saltwater therapy.
