Employment and Recycling That Makes a Difference
RecycleForce is a 501(c)3 social enterprise that is dedicated to two critical missions: reducing crime through employment and job training, and improving the environment through electronics recycling. Since 2006, RecycleForce has safely recycled more than 65 million pounds of electronic waste while providing job training to thousands of returning citizens. RecycleForce is moving to a new home at Sherman Park, where we will continue to provide important electronics drop-off services and job training opportunities for those who need them most.
Workforce Development
RecycleForce is committed to reducing recidivism through workforce development. Our program creates a stronger civil society and increases public safety through job creation and recycling. By providing job training and life skills to ex-offenders, we help them become self-sufficient and successful members of their communities. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and we are proud to provide the support and resources necessary for our program participants to succeed.
Recycling Services
RecycleForce provides comprehensive recycling services to businesses, government agencies, municipalities, hospitals, universities, and reverse logistics providers. We are committed to safely and securely recycling electronic waste, which contains hazardous elements that can cause real and lasting damage to our environment and public health. Our recycling services include IT equipment recycling, recalled or damaged retail electronics recycling, and medical equipment recycling.

RecycleForce is committed to the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility. We are proud to hold the RIOS:2016 (Recycling Industry Operating Standard) certification, with ID 1020560, and are an Indiana E-Waste Registered Recycler, with ID 49-21EW.

RecycleForce welcomes donations to support our important work. Your financial contribution will allow us to continue our environmental mission and provide job training and life skills to ex-offenders, helping them become self-sufficient and successful.
