Pups stay in spacious glass kennels or 46" private suites with Kuranda beds and personal webcams. What are your boarding reservation requirements?
We require reservations for all boarding services with 50% deposit for luxury suites and 20% for standard kennels. Vaccination records must be up-to-date before check-in.
Do you offer daycare packages?
Yes, we offer 10, 20, and 30 session daycare packages with discounted rates ranging from $32-$35 per day, valid for one year from purchase date.
Can I view my dog while boarding?
We provide real-time webcam access through your online profile, including private suite cameras for overnight guests and public group activity views.
What happens if my dog gets sick?
We immediately isolate symptomatic dogs and contact your veterinarian using the information provided during check-in. Our staff maintains relationships with local vets for emergency care.
Do you board cats?
Currently, we specialize exclusively in dog care and do not offer cat boarding services at our Prairie Village location.
What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm. Early drop-off starts at 6am and late pick-up available until 8:30pm with advance reservation.
