Welcome to DePiazza and Reed Construction, a full-service construction firm specializing in new construction, additions/remodels, finish carpentry, and custom cabinetry. Our Story

Our founders, Danny DePiazza and David Reed, bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for building high-quality projects. After graduating from UC Davis, Danny began his construction career in San Francisco, working for a remodeling contractor. In 2007, he returned to Sacramento to work for a local remodeler, where he earned a reputation as a thorough, detail-oriented job manager. Dave, on the other hand, grew up in the foothills and moved back to Sacramento in 2009 after having graduated from Westmont College and training as a finish carpenter in Santa Barbara for 13 years. In 2010, Dave and Danny started working together, and in 2013, they founded DePiazza and Reed Construction.

Meet the Team

Our team at DePiazza and Reed Construction comprises skilled professionals who share our commitment to excellence. We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we invest in their growth and development. Our team includes:

• David Reed, co-owner and finish carpenter, who focuses mainly on custom cabinetry and finishes. David received a degree in religious studies with a minor in music from Westmont College. He enjoys interacting with both employees and clients and gets great satisfaction from the completion of a beautiful project.
• Danny DePiazza, co-owner and production manager, who takes the plans and starts to realize them. Danny acts as the liaison between client, subcontractor, and DePiazza and Reed, making sure schedules align. He received his degree in managerial economics from UC Davis.
• Tim Kunz, Project Manager, who guides successful projects from conception to completion. Tim has over 10 years of experience in both commercial and residential project roles and received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from San Diego State University.
• Levi Bagdanov, lead carpenter, who enjoys being able to transform clients' visions into tangible realities. Levi received a degree in English Literature from Westmont College and has experience working for a high-end contractor in Santa Barbara and building homes with Habitat for Humanity as an AmeriCorps member.
• Bill Damian, Project Coordinator, who has a background in Humanities and Religious Studies and Flute Performance from California State University, Sacramento. Bill has worked for the State of California for the past 26 years and brings a unique perspective and skill set to our team.
