Our eye exams are designed to detect diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and other eye problems. If surgery is necessary, we work closely with leading eye surgeons in the area to provide seamless care. We also provide written prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses, and our on-site optical center is available for your convenience.

Meet Our Team

Dr. Van Hardman, a 1987 graduate of the UAB School of Optometry, has over 25 years of experience in practicing optometry in the Huntsville area. He has formed close working relationships with other doctors in the area, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care. Dr. Hardman provides a full range of eye care services, including spectacle and contact lens correction, and diagnosis and treatment of eye disease. Theresa, our office manager, supervises various aspects of office operations, including insurance needs, and is happy to assist in any way to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
