H2 O Well Drilling & Pump Service, LLC is a family-owned and operated full-service drilling and pump service company based in Wisconsin. Our story began in 2003 when our current owners, Gabe and Kim, moved from Arizona to the Midwest to raise their family. With over 35 years of experience in the drilling and installation of residential water wells, we have seen rapid growth throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Our company operates out of two offices in Black River Falls, WI, and Eau Claire, WI. At H2 O, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and solutions for all their drilling and pump service needs. Meet the Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. Our founder and operator, Gabe Rodriguez, has over 35 years of drilling knowledge and experience. He is joined by his wife, Kim Rodriguez, who serves as the company's accountant and takes care of all day-to-day operations inside the office.

Nolan Rodriguez, Gabe's son, is a geologist and operator who joined the H2 O team full-time in 2018 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a B.S. in Geology and an emphasis in Environmental Science. Alex Laffey, an intern and engineer, has been working with the H2 O team for multiple summers and is currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Stout pursuing a degree in engineering.
