Founded by chefs Tim Burgess and Vincent Derquenne, our mission is to deliver unforgettable experiences for weddings, private events, and corporate functions. With a rich history dating back to 1991, our team has honed the art of event planning and execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously crafted to meet your unique needs.

Our journey began with the opening of Metropolitain, which operated in the same location as The Space Downtown. After its closure in 2003, we continued to own the building, waiting for the perfect opportunity to reopen it for private events only. In 2010, we finally brought The Space Downtown to life, leveraging our expertise to create bespoke experiences for our clients. Today, we proudly operate three restaurants in the downtown area, including Bizou and Bang, all sharing the same commitment to excellence.
