How do I get pricing for rental items?

What delivery and pickup options are available?
Delivery/pickup occurs 5-7 days before your event, with confirmed time windows. Customer pickup is available at Ellsworth and South Portland warehouses during weekday hours.
Can I modify my rental order last minute?
Order adjustments are allowed up to 14 days before delivery, subject to availability. Notify your consultant for any changes to quantities or items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks and credit cards. A 50% deposit is required to secure rentals, with final payment due 14 days before delivery.
Do you offer on-site event support?
Yes, we provide on-site management for tent adjustments, power issues, and logistics during your event to ensure smooth execution.
