Caitlyn's journey began after completing the prestigious Butte College Welding Program, earning multiple welding certifications and a degree in Welding Technology. With extensive experience in the welding industry, Caitlyn has worked for various companies, honing her skills and expanding her knowledge base.

She has held various roles, including Plant Maintenance Technician for a local sand plant, Welding Professor at American River College in Sacramento, California, and Certified Welding Inspector for the American Welding Society. Caitlyn's diverse experience has equipped her with the expertise to tackle even the most complex projects. Her commitment to continuous learning and improvement has enabled her to stay ahead of the curve, providing innovative solutions for her clients.
