Welcome! Alarm Financial Services provides funding programs and advisory services for operating alarm dealers throughout the United States. We are run by a team of seasoned alarm industry veterans who have developed a suite of financing programs for dealers who want to grow their business organically or through acquisitions, consolidate debt, buy out a partner, etc. Our funding programs range from $20,000 to $2 million dollars for small and medium-sized security, fire alarm, and personal emergency response (PERS) companies.

We are focused on providing dealers with the capital they need to run their businesses the way they want. Dealers keep control of their companies, maintain their direct relationships with customers, and enjoy the flexibility to spend their dollars however they choose. Founded in 1987, AFS is a leading funding source for alarm dealers and is the oldest such funding company in the United States. Our programs include Loans, Sale of Accounts, 50/50 Hybrid Financing, and Acquisition Services.

Our Financing Programs

Our Loans range from $150,000 to $1.5 million using RMR accounts as collateral. Acquisition Services help you target and acquire other alarm companies. We also offer Pre-Sale Due Diligence Services to uncover deficiencies before a buyer does, and 50/50 Hybrid Financing for those looking to grow their business or consolidate debt. If you are considering selling some accounts, we can assist with that as well, helping you find a buyer for your company or just a portion of your accounts while maintaining a direct relationship with your customers.
