Detox Program
Our medically assisted detox program lasts 5-10 days, providing 24/7 monitoring by addictionologists and nurses. Residential Treatment
The 14-21 day residential program includes 4-5 weekly therapy sessions, Life Skills training, and daily check-ins with clinical staff. Patients engage in structured therapy from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, followed by recreational activities and private time with personal electronics. Nutritious meals and optional fitness programs support holistic recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Program
The IOP lasts 30-90 days, requiring three hours of group therapy three days weekly. Patients continue individual therapy and psychiatric follow-ups while living at home or in recovery residences. Life Skills Guides provide daily check-ins for 90 days, ensuring sustained progress and accountability.
Life Skills Program
This program focuses on creating balanced daily routines through sleep, nutrition, and exercise planning. Patients work with Life Skills Guides to develop time-management strategies and SMART goals. The curriculum emphasizes long-term habit formation to prevent relapse and promote overall well-being.
Recovery and Wellness Program
