Discover the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers

The Kenai River is famous for having the largest King Salmon in the world, and ACE Fishing Adventures offers guided fishing trips from May 15th to July 31st, when the season transitions to fishing for Silver Salmon and Trophy Rainbow Trout all the way through the end of October. The Kenai River provides an exciting fishing experience, and our skilled, personable fishing guides ensure a successful and enjoyable adventure on the glacial-fed river.

Just 13 miles south of the mighty Kenai, you'll find its little brother, the Kasilof River. This river is home to one of the top 5 King Salmon runs in the state, alongside the early June Sockeye run in the hundreds of thousands. The Kasilof River also offers a Steelhead return-one of the few in the state-making it an exceptional location for fishing enthusiasts.

Explore Alaska's Fabled Waters

ACE Fishing Adventures offers more than just fishing trips on the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. Not far away lies giant flatfish in the fabled waters of Cook Inlet, and the wintering and staging area for hundreds of thousands of salmon offers fantastic opportunities for halibut fishing charters. Additionally, we cater to those who prefer wading, with three main tributaries offering various fishing experiences, including trophy-sized King Salmon and a steady supply of Dolly Varden.

Adventures beyond the Kenai and Kasilof rivers include the Russian River and its tributaries, where you can fish for incredible Sockeye Salmon and numerous Dolly Varden. As you move southeast, toward Seward, you can marvel at the glaciers, whale watching, and the countless Silver Salmon that return annually.
