What services are included in the free Meet & Greet?
The free 30-minute virtual or in-person meeting allows us to meet your pets, discuss care instructions, and address questions. Additional visits are charged as regular services.
How do you handle pet emergencies?
Our CPR-certified sitters follow detailed care plans and contact veterinarians immediately. Daily updates help us identify potential issues early, ensuring prompt attention to emergencies.
Can I request the same pet sitter for every visit?
We prioritize consistency but may assign backup sitters when necessary. All team members undergo rigorous training to ensure seamless care transitions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and Zelle. Online payments incur a small processing fee for convenience.
Are there additional charges for holidays?
Yes, holiday visits incur a $4 per visit or $10 per day surcharge. Major holidays include Easter, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year's periods.
How do you ensure house security during visits?
We follow strict protocols: no answering doors/phones, limited neighbor interaction, and secure key storage. Clients may provide alarm codes or gate access instructions for safety.
