Our Journey

Founded in 2000 by Jerry Deriso, Diamond Physical Therapy and Wellness has grown from a single office in Ligonier to three fully equipped locations across the Western Pennsylvania area. Driven by Jerry's vision of providing personalized care beyond traditional rehabilitation, the practice has earned numerous awards and distinctions for its exceptional patient care.
