Expertise and Professionalism

Susan E. Hill, a former adjunct law professor at Pepperdine University School of Law, leads our practice in appellate litigation before the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, as well as in nonimmigrant visas and other business/employment cases. Alary E. Piibe, a Certified Immigration Specialist, is renowned for his litigator skills before the immigration courts. Our team also includes Betzayda Montoya, who has extensive experience in employment and family immigration issues, asylum, naturalization, and U-visas.
