About Us
Ultimate Wellness is a privately owned Physical Therapy facility, devoted to providing quality rehabilitative care to our clients. We design individual rehabilitative care based on our patient's personal health care needs. Our main objective is to enhance people's lives through improving physical performance and knowledge in a 360-degree approach to maintaining all-around wellbeing, with the final outcome being "Quality of life and dignity". We believe that in today's changing health care system, it has become difficult to find one-on-one quality care. The key to our success is to always hire caring individuals which will make your experience in our facility a pleasant one. Our current clinical staff has close to 60 years of combined experience in a wide variety of clinical specialties.
Our Services
We offer a wide variety of pain modalities and equipment to cater to our patients' unique needs. Our services include electrical stimulation, ultrasound, paraffin, moist heat, cryo-therapy, Game Ready cold compression system, peripheral neuropathy infrared light therapy, low-impact exercise equipment, Biodex balance system, computerized home exercise programs with picture and video illustrations for general exercise, stretching, Thera-band exercises, and taping joint techniques. We also have The Hill Traction Anatomotor Cervical and Lumbar traction unit, which consists of static, intermittent, and cycling targeted distraction forces that relieve pressure on specific spinal structures that may cause neck or back pain. Our physical therapy evaluation and treatment services cover a range of musculoskeletal disorders, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sprains, strains, and tendonitis, shoulder, knee, ankle, and foot disorders, muscle imbalance or weakness, peripheral neuropathy infrared light therapy, accident and work-related injury, sports injuries, chronic joint pain, balance and coordination problems, physical/flexibility enhancement, neurologic disorders/stroke, disc herniation, nerve impingement disorders, postural dysfunction, and other related disorders.
