Our team of dedicated professionals has an extensive resume of public service and private enterprise. Chris Cook, the owner and lead investigator, has a BA in Sociology from Humboldt State University and 30 years of experience in the field of investigations and process services. Chris has performed complex investigations in the areas of homicide, parental abductions, elder abuse, narcotics, financial abuse, sexual assault, child abuse, and family law matters. He is also a licensed and bonded process server and a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators.

Bill Cook, one of our investigators and consultants, has a BA in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University and 26 years of experience in investigations and process services. Bill has performed complex investigations in the areas of robbery, burglary, assaults, arson, bomb cases, and identity theft. He is also a former sergeant for the Humboldt County Sheriff Department.
