Our Properties

White Spruce Cottage was built in 2015 by Jeremy and Cassandra Vincent, featuring every detail with comfort and style in mind. From granite countertops to comfortable linens and unique decor, this property is truly one-of-a-kind. It boasts a flipped floor plan, mountain views, and proximity to popular Adirondack attractions. Graystone Cottage, purchased in 2018, has been completely renovated with modern amenities like a fully remodeled kitchen, a stone fireplace, and updated bedrooms and bathrooms. Both properties are within 5 minutes of Whiteface Mountain and 12 minutes from Lake Placid.
