Our Child Care Philosophy

At Dino Daycare and Preschool, we believe in creating an environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. We use the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education, which emphasizes the importance of the environment and relationships in a child's learning process. Our staff is trained to understand the needs of each child and to provide them with individualized care and attention.

Our Program

Our program is designed for children aged two to five years old. We have separate educational specialists for each age group to ensure that each child receives the appropriate level of care and education. Our curriculum is based on the principles of the Reggio Emilia approach and the Program for Infant and Toddler Caregivers (PITC). We believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community and encourages children to explore and learn.

Meet Our Teacher

Maria Ester is our CEO/President and Lead Teacher. She has over 17 years of experience in early childhood education and is dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for all children. Maria believes in encouraging children to have ideas and hypotheses, and she uses their interactions to develop future curriculum. She is passionate about providing high-quality education and childcare, and she is committed to ensuring that every child feels valued and supported.

Accreditation Award

We are proud to announce that we have received an Award of Accreditation from the National Accreditation Commission in January 2017. This award recognizes our commitment to providing high-quality education and childcare, and we are thrilled to have been recognized for our hard work and dedication.

Parent Resources

We understand that parents play a crucial role in their child's learning experience. Therefore, we offer a variety of resources to help parents stay involved and informed. Our website has a section dedicated to parent resources, where you can find information on our programs, curriculum, and policies. We also encourage parents to communicate with our staff regularly to stay updated on their child's progress and to provide feedback.

Allowed Programs

We currently accept the following programs: FEEA, CDA, TANF, YMCA, NACCRRA, CalWORKs Stage One Child Care, Navy Fee Assistant Program. We also offer a 10% military discount with ID.

Form For Parent

We have a variety of forms available for parents, including enrollment forms, emergency contact forms, and health forms. These forms can be accessed on our website or obtained from our office.
