At Carrington Design LLC, we offer a range of services that cater to our clients' specific needs. From full design services to a la carte options, we work closely with clients throughout North Carolina and other design professionals to develop design solutions that are safe, functional, attractive and meet the needs of the people using the space.

*Full Design Services*

Our full design services are divided into three phases that are designed to guide clients through the design process from start to finish.

*Phase I: Programming and Design Development*

In the first phase, we work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop a design language that suits their taste. This phase includes creating an initial space plan and reviewing ideas for color palettes, finishes, furniture and fixture selections. We also create a budget and project schedule to ensure that the project stays on track.

*Phase II: Construction Documents & Bidding*

In the second phase, we refine interior space plans and create working drawings that can be communicated to architects, contractors and tradespersons. We also finalize all selections for paint, finishes, furniture and fixtures and place orders.

*Phase III: Construction Administration & Installations*

In the final phase, we provide project management and make regular site visits, assisting to keep everything on track and on schedule. We oversee the installation of furniture and accessories, ensuring that the end result meets our clients' expectations.

*A La Carte Services*

We also offer a la carte services for clients who have specific needs. Our a la carte services include space planning, interior architecture, finishes, furniture and equipment.
