Our team is led by Todd Rodenberg, who has successfully navigated several real estate cycles and resolved numerous distressed situations, always focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. Prior to founding Bene Immobili, LLC, Mr. Rodenberg held senior positions at Orix Real Estate Capital/Red Capital Group, Alliant Capital LLC, and KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where he was involved in over $30 billion in commercial real estate financings. His extensive background also includes experience as a principal in a highly successful mortgage banking firm, a chief financial officer for a national real estate investment firm, and a CPA for a Big 4 accounting firm.
Don Frankman, our Managing Director, specializes in multifamily and commercial real estate lending. With a 30-year career in real estate finance, he has been a production and loan structuring leader, providing valuable insights and knowledge in commercial real estate valuation and banking. Prior to joining Bene Immobili, LLC, Mr. Frankman worked at Orix Real Estate Capital/RED Capital Group, Greystone Servicing Company, Alliant Capital LLC, and Citibank Commercial Real Estate Finance, where he originated and underwrote over $1 billion in multifamily lending activity.
