Questions
What vaccinations are required for services?
Dogs must have current Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP vaccines. We recommend the H3N2 canine flu vaccine since April 2023 for added protection.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes! Free facility tours are available daily 11am-4pm with no appointment needed. Staff will show you play areas, boarding suites, and grooming facilities.
Are webcams available for monitoring?
All locations have HD webcams allowing real-time viewing of your dog's activities during daycare or boarding stays through our secure online portal.
What are your operating hours?
We operate seven days a week with varying hours per location. Drop-off and pick-up available anytime during posted business hours at each Atlanta facility.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, we can give oral and topical medications. However, we cannot administer injections. Please provide clear instructions and medication in original containers.
