Organization and Management
The bike tours with Urban Cycle were well-organized, with a focus on safety and providing a good sense of Boston's layout. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, with some guides going above and beyond to ensure a great experience.
Bikes and Equipment
The bikes used for the tours were comfortable and well-maintained, with riders having the option to use electric bikes. The staff was also helpful in choosing the right bike for each rider and providing instructions on how to use the bike.
