Established in 2007 by co-founders Paul R. Herold and Kirk D. Reicks, our company has grown to become a trusted name in the surveying industry, with offices in New Hampton, Clear Lake, and Waverly.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of surveying services, including property surveys, railroad surveys, construction surveys, 3D paving machine control, consultation, calibration and control systems, differential leveling, topographic surveys, ALTA and FEMA subdivisions, right-of-way, section corner centerline preservation and restoration. We utilize state-of-the-art Trimble survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our work.

We are proud to welcome Chris Sweeney, PLS, to our team, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Waverly office. We are also proud to congratulate our own Isaiah Reicks on being the newest member of the Society of Land Surveyors of Iowa (SLSI) Board.
