Who am I?
I'm Trish, a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Supervisor (LCMHC-S). I've had the privilege of accompanying individuals through life's challenges, fostering healing and personal growth. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in building genuine connections.
What I do
I offer therapy to late adolescents/young adults (16-25), adults, and couples. We work together to identify the root cause of distress, develop coping strategies, and achieve lasting changes in your life. I specialize in treating:

We collaborate to identify meaningful goals, while utilizing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy to facilitate lasting change.
My Background and Expertise
I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of South Carolina and a MA in Counseling from West Virginia University. I have further enriched my knowledge through extensive experience working with diverse populations in various settings.
