"This is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance to the town of Pismo and the beach. Dogs are very welcome. We have stayed here several times and find that there are a lot of older people that are very friendly. Some of them have purchased a membership in the RV park. They have free ice and the place is nice & clean. The one drawback is that the spaces are very tight and there is no grass or trees. The staff is friendly and helpful.
