Wes and Judy Loper have enjoyed working with all their customers and are excited to share their passion for art with you.

The Artists: Wes Loper & Judy Loper

Wes Loper has been creating art for over five decades, beginning his career in high school and earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1971 from the University of Oklahoma. He furthered his education at Claremont Graduate School in Claremont California, attaining his Master of Fine Arts degree two years later. Wes's art has been featured in over forty shows and exhibitions, and he now resides in Chandler, Oklahoma, where he continues to create beautiful and thought-provoking pieces.

Judy Loper's interest in art began in junior high school, where she was encouraged by an art teacher who recognized her talent. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1969 and began her career as an educator while continuing to develop her art. Judy received her Master of Education degree in 1981 from Oklahoma's Central State University, focusing on Junior College and Community College Art Education. Her favorite subjects include flowers, butterflies, landscapes, still lives, and figurative work.

Our Art

At Art Design & Sign, we offer a wide variety of art by Wes Loper and Judy Loper. Wes Loper's watercolors are painted in a realistic yet impressionistic style, focusing on rustic barns and landscapes. His original paintings are owned by a number of private collectors, and his work in digital imagery captures the motion of dancers, skaters, and Olympic athletes.

Judy Loper's watercolors and acrylic paintings showcase her passion for flowers and butterflies, as well as landscapes and figurative work. She has participated in numerous professional shows and continues to evolve her style while returning to her first love, watercolor.

Giclee Printing

Giclee printing is a state-of-the-art process using large-format, high-quality inkjet printers. At Art Design & Sign, we use brand name special light-fast inks and take professional large-format photographs of our artwork to ensure the best color and detail. Our printing is done in-house, using premium papers and archival inks to produce archival reproductions of fine art.
