Our Story

Inspired by a shared love for the art of winemaking, Mike and Joann embarked on a journey to establish Knoxville's first and only winery. Their vision materialized in 2018, surrounded by seven acres of meticulously maintained vineyards. Each bottle produced at Nearwood reflects their unwavering commitment to sustainable practices and fostering close relationships with the local community.
