We operate four nursing centers in Massachusetts, each with its own unique character and charm. Our nursing centers are carefully designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for our residents. Meet Our Administrators

We are proud to have an experienced and dedicated team of administrators who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. Our administrators have a deep understanding of the needs of our residents and are committed to providing personalized care and attention. You can learn more about our administrators below:

• Thomas E. Woods, Fellow ACHCA, C.E.O. & President, is the co-founder and President of the Long Term Centers Group. Thomas has been a licensed nursing home administrator in Massachusetts for over 25 years and holds a Fellowship in the American College of Health Care Administrators.
• Jack Harrington, C.P.A., Chief Financial Officer, has been with the Long Term Centers Group since 1999 and works as a managing partner. Jack came to the Long Term Centers Group with nearly 20 years in long term care accounting experience.
• Matt Sweeney, M.S., Chief Operations Officer, has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years, with experience in hospital, managed care, and long-term care fields. Matt has been with the Long Term Centers Group since 1998 and works as a managing partner.
• Diane Tilley, MS, Administrator at Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, has been with the Long Term Centers Group since 1999. At Greenwood, she has held the positions of Nursing Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and is currently the Licensed Administrator.
• Connor Sweeney, N.H.A., Administrator at Serenity Hill Nursing Center, is the Administrator at Serenity Hill Nursing Center and has been with the organization since 2017. Connor started with Serenity Hill as an Administrator in Training and provides a modern outlook on the long-term care field.
• Rita Hyde, Administrator at Mill Pond Rest Home, has been with our organization for over 20 years, most recently as the Assistant Administrator at Pine Knoll Nursing Center. Rita has over 40 years of experience in the long-term care industry.
