Our History

CAL RESCO was established in 1991 as a Real Estate Appraisal Firm that catered to the Southern California Market. The initial focus was on the valuation of smaller commercial and apartment projects, along with valuation of one to four unit residential properties. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include a Real Estate Investment Division and a Property Management Division. This diversification has enabled us to offer a wide range of services to our clients, from appraisal and investment to property management.

Real Estate Appraisal Division

Our Appraisal Division specializes in Commercial, Industrial, and Apartment Property appraisals. We have a staff of professional appraisers who are experts in various property types. All our appraisers have Bachelors and/or Advanced Degrees from accredited Universities and have attended the Appraisal Institute for specialized studies. We also have a "customer service" oriented support staff that allows our clients to have up to date information regarding their appraisal report status throughout the process.

Property Management Division

We own and manage apartment projects in both Los Angeles and Orange County. We also have retail investment experience throughout the western part of the country. Our Property Management Division is dedicated to providing exceptional management services to ensure the success of our clients' properties.
