At our firm, we have a rich history that dates back to 1895. Our story begins with Noah M. Tohill, a pioneer family descendant who studied law and started his practice in Lawrenceville. He was involved in early banking and aided the development of oil and gas in Lawrence County through his law practice and title abstract business. In 1934, Maurice E. Gosnell joined Tohill as a young law school graduate, and their partnership quickly grew into a regional practice.

Over the years, our firm has expanded to include prominent lawyers like John F. Borden, Douglas A. Enloe, and Larry N. Sloss, Jr. Today, we continue to grow with the addition of new talented lawyers.
