CAPABILITIES

Within our 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, we house a comprehensive range of equipment designed to handle a wide variety of metal fabrication projects. Our capabilities include:

• Press Brake: A 200-ton capacity press brake with a 12-foot bed enables us to achieve precise bends and form complex shapes.

• CNC Plasma/Punch: Our 40-ton capacity plasma and punch combination machine allows for efficient and accurate cutting of metal sheets up to 100 inches by 48 inches.

• Overload Crane: Our Whiting overhead crane boasts a 40-ton capacity, supported by a 10-ton auxiliary hoist, allowing us to handle heavy materials with ease and precision.

• Shearing and Sawing: Equipped with a Cincinnati shear, we ensure accurate and efficient cutting of metal sheets to your specific dimensions. Our comprehensive metal fabrication capabilities enable us to handle even the most demanding projects, ensuring you receive the highest quality finished products.
