Elite Shutters & Blinds was founded in 2005 by Dave and Michelle German, who were inspired by the plantation shutters they installed in their new home. Intrigued by the process and the opportunity it presented, Dave underwent training and the couple opened the first Elite Shutters & Blinds store in Gilbert. Since then, the business has expanded to six locations in Chandler, Gilbert, Goodyear, Florence, Scottsdale, and North Phoenix.
