Welcome to Julie Franks State Farm Insurance Agency! I've been proudly serving the Kern County community since 2003 when I opened my agency on Center Street in Taft. My roots in Taft go back to 1975 when my family took over the concession stands at Buena Vista Lake. I have cherished memories of working at the lake from the age of 13 through my college years. After graduating from Taft College, I moved to Bakersfield to complete my education. It was there that I met my husband, and we tied the knot in 1995. We have two wonderful adult children, Audrey and Jake. I am licensed in California and can assist you with your insurance needs anywhere in the state.
