Our Services & Amenities

Bridgeview Estates is a 44-unit facility that provides service-enhanced housing to those who need some assistance with the activities of daily living. Our supportive living offers the perfect balance for the person desiring to maintain an independent lifestyle while having access to services and amenities when needed. Living at Bridgeview Estates provides the peace of mind knowing that there is always someone available to respond if there is an urgent need for assistance.

Included in your monthly rent & care package, you will receive:

• Utilities, including heat, electricity, water, sewer, and garbage
• Two meals per day, breakfast every Tuesday and snacks in the dining room
• Daily wellness checks
• Lifeline pendants
• Housekeeping, including weekly dusting, bedding change, scrub kitchen, and bathroom floors, and clean bathrooms. Monthly clean stoves and refrigerators
• Nurse visits every other week or more often if needed- Open Health Clinic 5 days per week
• Medication reminders and monitoring of medications
• Laundry done weekly or as needed
• Bathing assistance
• Nurse on staff Monday thru Friday and on-call nights & weekends
• In-town transportation
• Med Tech on duty 24 hours per day
• Scheduled activities in the facility and periodic out of facility activities

In addition to these services, Bridgeview Estates offers a variety of wellness packages, beautifully decorated living spaces, a security system, nutritious meals served daily, complimentary laundry facilities, a smoke-free building, an elevator, optional indoor parking, and a guest room available for your visitors.

Our Floor Plans

Bridgeview Estates offers private one and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, private bathroom with shower, ample closet space, cable and telephone hook-ups, air conditioning, and a 24-hour emergency response system. Choices of apartments include one bedroom, one bedroom with den, and two bedrooms. A number of ground floor apartments have patios, and 2nd and 3rd-floor apartments are available with balconies.
