Ambiance and Cleanliness

Ro, Michelle Bishop, Ruby Mira, Tej Pat, and Ms. PinkSecrets all mentioned issues with the spa's condition, including moldy smells, dirty entries, and disorganized rooms. Michelle Bishop even had to wait for nearly an hour outside the spa because the door was locked and nobody answered the phone.
