Established in 1978, Clark Drew Construction, Inc. is a family-owned and operated commercial, residential, and concrete construction company. Our team is built on a solid foundation, focusing on quality from concept to completion. We deliver on our promise to build quality projects and relationships, utilizing our team's strong core values and a desire to succeed.

Our company and employees have a deep commitment to serve and support our community. We are invested in our community through financial support and volunteering opportunities, including youth and community organizations, wildlife conservation programs, and serving as members of the local services such as the volunteer fire department and national guard.

As a general contractor, we employ skilled carpenters and concrete laborers, and self-perform rough & finish carpentry, cast in place concrete, and steel erection. We strive to create work environments that are safe, based upon respect, and rewarding. We are driven by our promise to exceed expectations by going above and beyond what is expected.

Our Team

Our team is led by Clark Drew, III, President/CEO, who oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Clark Drew Construction, inc., including residential developments and commercial projects. James Drew, Vice President, is responsible for land acquisition and development, and construction from pre-planning to closeout. Chris Drew, also a Vice President, has expertise in civil construction services and completed his Construction Management Degree from South Dakota State University.

Our project managers include Matt Chandler, a graduate of South Dakota State University in Construction Management, with expertise in managing various project types, including educational, financial, mixed-use, multifamily, industrial, and health care projects. Randy Roiger, a 23-year construction veteran, brings expertise in estimating, personnel management, and project scheduling. Aaron Chandler, a site superintendent, has been with the company since his graduation from South Dakota State University's Construction Management Program in 2013.
