Our Educational Approach

At Little Bird Childcare, we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education. This philosophy recognizes the child as a capable and curious learner, emphasizing their active role in the learning process. We create a stimulating and child-centered environment where children are encouraged to ask questions, experiment, and make discoveries. Our classrooms are beautifully designed, rich with natural light and hands-on materials, fostering creativity and exploration. This approach emphasizes the importance of collaboration, both between children and teachers, and encourages a sense of community within our center.

Our Caring Team of Educators

Our dedicated team of early childhood educators is passionate about nurturing each child's development. Every teacher at Little Bird Childcare undergoes a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process, ensuring the safety and well-being of all our children. They hold current first aid and CPR certifications and participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in early childhood education. Our teachers are committed to creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere where each child feels valued and supported.
