The Law Office of Julianne Vandergrift, APLC is a boutique law firm that has been providing strategic, efficient, and cost-effective legal representation since 2012. As a certified mediator and a credentialed Co-Parenting Specialist, our founder, Ms. Julianne Vandergrift, has successfully settled hundreds of civil and family law cases in her career. She remains a passionate advocate with a personal touch, bringing much of her experience to high conflict custody and visitation matters, asset and liability distribution, and child and spousal support. Ms. Vandergrift has a special interest in single parents who are victims of domestic violence.

We work hard to efficiently resolve matters outside of court because it is generally most cost-effective and yields better results, and we will not create unnecessary work to have billable hours.

We care about our clients and personally invest in their cases, minimizing the time the case takes and the stress involved. We are regularly accessible, with ourselves or our staff getting back to you within 48 hours on all non-urgent matters and 12 hours for urgent issues. We respect our clients' family time and ask them to respect ours, with our hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, Fridays from 9:00 - 12:00. At least 15% of our cases are Pro Bono and Low Bono cases, and we offer free family law legal advice to anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay or whether they are seeking legal representation.

Our Services

Our services range from third-party mediation to full-length trials. We also do adoptions.
