Our History

Our story began in 1994 when our founder, Everett Arinwine, had a vision to provide top-notch aircraft maintenance services to the aviation industry. With a strong passion for aviation and a wealth of experience, he founded F&E Aircraft Maintenance at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Over the years, we have grown into a multi-million dollar corporation, providing services to foreign, domestic, military, and cargo airlines. Despite the loss of our founder in 2010, we have continued to honor his legacy and dedication to providing exceptional services.
