Our Services

We offer a wide range of home inspection services, including buyer's inspections, pre-listing inspections, re-inspections, new construction inspections, and commercial building inspections. We also provide specialized services such as mold testing, radon testing, WDO/termite inspection, water testing, asbestos testing, and septic dye testing. Our inspector specializes in air quality issues such as mold and other allergens, and we take care to address these issues during the home inspection.

Our Reports

Our home inspection reports are generated using HomeGauge Software and delivered via email upon completion. They include expandable photographs and necessary videos, as well as an interactive and user-friendly tool called the Create Request List (CRL). The CRL eliminates the need to copy each issue into a repair addendum, allowing you to assemble your project list directly from the report itself. We also provide detailed and user-friendly reports that are easy to understand, and our inspector is always available to answer any questions you may have after the inspection.
