Founded by Greg Burlos in 2001, we specialize in designing and building residential custom homes, additions, and renovations, as well as commercial new construction and upfits. Our team is fully licensed and insured, ensuring that your construction needs are in good hands.

Meet the Team

Greg Burlos, Owner and President, brings extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked in heating/AC, electrical, and plumbing before starting Reliable Construction. He is married with four boys and enjoys his family, tennis, fishing, playing guitar, singing, and life in the low country. Chris Mccaa, Project Manager, has a background in residential construction and has worked in the industry for several years. Jason Blackstock, also a Project Manager, shares a similar background, ensuring that your project is in capable hands.
