Rahn's Greenhouses

Rahn's Greenhouses, a family-operated business, is located near Springfield and takes immense pride in being a trusted supplier of a wide variety of plants to retailers, landscapers, and schools in the surrounding area for the past 45 years. Jean Rahn, the owner, along with her son Brad, continue to uphold the legacy built by Jean's late husband, Thomas Rahn, who was a visionary and a hardworking individual with a passion for growing plants.

Thomas Rahn, a graduate of the University of Georgia and a former Vocational Agriculture teacher, built the first greenhouse in January 1975 with a vision to diversify the farming operation. Little did he know that this greenhouse would become the bread and butter of the business, providing annual bedding and vegetable plants, potted annuals, geraniums, Proven Winners, and other specialty garden plants, perennials, hanging baskets, fall and winter annuals, new guinea impatiens, garden mums, and much more to a wide range of customers.

Our plants are sold and delivered to retailers and landscapers in the surrounding area including Springfield, Statesboro, Waynesboro, Augusta area, Hardeeville, Ridgeland, Beaufort, Charleston area, Fairfax, Barnwell, and Aiken. Our team of skilled growers has many years of experience and is dedicated to providing the highest quality plants to our customers.

Our Services

At Rahn's Greenhouses, we offer a wide range of services, including:

• Wholesale and Retail Plant Sales: We offer a wide variety of plants for wholesale and retail sales. Our plants are known for their quality and are sold and delivered to retailers and landscapers in the surrounding area.
• Fundraising: We collaborate with local schools to help provide garden mums for their club/school fundraisers. We are proud to have supplied close to 4000 mums for student fundraisers in the 2023 season.
• Custom Growing: We offer custom growing services for specific plant varieties that our customers may require.
• Consultation: Our team of experienced growers provides consultation services to help our customers choose the right plants for their specific needs and requirements.
